I had the opportunity to volunteer at the convention center where over 2,000 unaccompanied migrant boys were held for about 2 months. Through this series I not only share my experience but also hope to share the beautiful and kind souls I had the pleasure of getting to know and grew incredibly attached to. I hope to humanize them and show them as the joyful souls they are.
